Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of MWX, a product of Almena. By using MWX you accept them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

MWX converts an expected AI workload into a comparable compute, power, location and capital decision case. MWX is not a GPU marketplace, an engineering consultancy or a data-centre management system.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must not share access outside your organisation.

Do not reverse engineer, resell or attempt to extract the underlying models, and do not use MWX to breach law, third-party rights or export restrictions.

MWX results are analytical decision support based on the assumptions you provide. They do not constitute engineering, investment, legal, tax or grid-connection advice, and they must be validated before capital commitment.

Almena retains all rights in MWX, including its methodology, models and interfaces. You retain rights in the workload information you submit.

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We aim for continuous availability but may perform maintenance or change features. MWX is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or decisions made in reliance on MWX outputs.

Either party may terminate at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
